1️⃣ Orders & Payments

• What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for South African customers.

• Can I place an order from outside South Africa?
Currently, we only ship within South Africa, but we are working on offering international shipping soon. Stay tuned!

• How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your purchase. Only one code can be used per order.


2️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

• How much is shipping?

  • Unframed prints: R95 flat-rate delivery.
  • Framed, Canvas & Perspex Prints: R120 flat-rate delivery.
  • FREE delivery for orders over R1000.

• How long does delivery take?
All prints are made to order, so please allow 7-10 business days for production, plus 2-5 business days for delivery.

• Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.


3️⃣ Print Details & Framing Options

• What materials are the prints made of?

  • Fine Art Prints – Printed on 200gsm true fibre matte art paper with rich, vibrant colors.
  • Canvas Prints – Stretched on 30mm wooden frames (A1 & A2 square prints on 50mm).
  • Perspex Prints – Reverse printed onto high-gloss acrylic for a contemporary finish.

• Do prints come framed?
Framing is optional. We offer custom framing through Orms.

• What is a limited edition print?
Each print is part of a limited edition of 150, meaning only 150 will ever be produced.

  • Fine Art Prints are individually numbered and embossed.
  • Canvas & Perspex Prints are numbered but not embossed.

4️⃣ Returns & Exchanges

• What if my order arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@allisonpillingfineart.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

• Can I return or exchange my print?
As prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Please double-check your order details before purchasing.


5️⃣ Custom & Wholesale Orders

• Do you offer custom prints or commissions?
Currently, we only sell limited edition prints of original paintings. However, for special requests, please contact us at info@allisonpillingfineart.com.

• Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes! If you're an interior designer, gallery, or retailer, please email info@allisonpillingfineart.com for wholesale pricing options.
